Voice User Interfaces such as Alexa, Cortana, Google Assistant and Siri are changing the way people interact with devices. IMDA-Digital Services Lab technologies coupled with open-sourced and commercially available tools provide businesses with enabled Voice UI within weeks. The National Speech Corpus (NSC) - a national digital asset that helps to train speech engines to recognise local context like road names, people’s names and even food names - lies in the heart of such voice UI and speech applications.

· Highlight of NSC as a key building block in introducing speech applications and voice UI for businesses

· Sharing of complementary tools in getting started with Voice UI: Natural Speech and Transcription Technologies (NSTT) and integration with commercially available tools
