For 15 years we have understood the importance and value of building and maintaining a strong peer network. And with the current market disruptions, this is even more important. I have been attending conferences organized by IPQC Exchange for over 2 years now both as a participant and a speaker and I always come back from these conferences re-energized with new thoughts and ideas of how we can make organizations more data-driven and data literate. In addition the conversations on AI are very thought-provoking allowing us to challenge our knowledge on how governance and ethics will cause an impact on this now upcoming field. Data and Analytics leaders from all over the US grace these conferences and share their experiences in a very open conversation. I have personally learned a lot from these conferences and will continue to attend in the future as well.
Many out there have canceled events through 2020, which I think is a mistake. Others have tried to go virtual but they didn’t go all in and it showed. This truly was a masterfully orchestrated, high quality event. It’s a perfect example that going virtual doesn’t have to be a second-class experience.
