Learn How USAA & Bloomingdale's Cracked the Code on Stakeholder Support of Data
Modern data & analytics
executives are coming face-to-face with a harsh reality – their stakeholders
might not always see the value in data. While there is no denying the buy-in to the concept of a data
driven culture, being able to clearly demonstrate the ROI of specific projects
and initiatives remains as important and difficult as ever. These
days, it’s not just an increase in revenue that matters.
So what’s a CDAO to do when the
success of their latest cutting-edge project hinges on a room full of
stakeholders who just. don’t. get it?
Enter: Stephen Marasco and Kyle
Wierenga – two seasoned Analytics Executives who have cracked the code on how
to win over their stakeholders.
On January 28th (Day 2 of the Chief Data & Analytics Officer Exchange), they’re joining forces for an exciting panel discussion titled “Demonstrating ROI To Your Stakeholders in Terms They Can Relate To”. During which, they’ll explore:
•How to communicate the value of new projects
•How to establish the value of data driven decisions
•How to attribute cost savings to new initiatives
Needless to say, understanding these insights are make or break for any enterprise-level organization and their Data & Analytics department. Don’t miss it.
