| About Me | I am passionate about making human capital management a strategic priority for organizations. I truly believe that when we design organizations around the idea that employees are assets rather than overhead, there is significant competitive advantage to be realized. My background is in organizational psychology and I have spent my career bringing this concept to life as part of Talent Management, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Strategy and Operations, and HR Analytics teams. More detail about my goals and experiences are available on my LinkedIn profile.
| Speaking Experience | In addition to my professional career across three major Fortune 100 companies (PepsiCo, Verizon, and Comcast), I have always stayed active in the industry – I have been writing, speaking, and presenting since 2010 on topics such as Person-Environment Fit, Conducting Research in Applied Settings, Building Analytics Functions, and Practical Applications of Machine Learning. I also regularly guest lecture at universities, having spoken to undergraduate and graduate students at schools like Rutgers, NYU, University of Bridgeport, and the University of Scranton.
