Isaac I. Muñoz is Associate Vice President of Marketing, Strategy and Insights at Texas A&M University. He has the privilege of leading the Web and Digital Experience, Brand and Creative Services, Social Media, Recruitment Marketing and Analytics and Insights teams.

Before joining Aggieland, he was DIRECTV Go Latin America's Head of Customer Engagement (then part of AT&T). While in this role, he led Business Intelligence, Content Management, Content Curation, Visual Curation, Customer Relationship Management, and Customer Care.

Before joining the world’s largest Telcom, AT&T, he was a Senior Business Consultant of Customer Insights at Southwest Airlines. He supported Brand Management, Advertising, Marketing Strategy, Cross Channel Planning and Delivery, Community Outreach, Corporate Sales, International Expansion and Diversity & Inclusion.

His research has been published in the Journal of Business Research, the Journal of Advertising Education, the Journal of Computer-Mediated Communication, the ARF (Advertising Research Foundation), and two chapters on the 3 Volume book entitled “We Are What We Sell: How Advertising Shapes American Life. . . and Always Has”, a chapter on the Wiley-Blackwell Encyclopedia of Consumption and Consumer Studies, and most recently a case study in the 3rd edition of Hispanic Marketing: A Cultural Perspective titled “Southwest Airlines Lands in Puerto Rico”.

His Ph.D. is from the University of Texas at Austin.
