Richa Jain is the Vice President of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics reporting into Chief Data Officer of Prudential. She is responsible for simplifying and modernizing Business Intelligence technology stack for the Enterprise and delivering analytics solutions for multiple functions within US Businesses and corporate functions. She is also working to deliver transformed consumption experience of strategic and operational reporting and insights and further enable a data driven culture at Prudential. Richa has 18 years of experience in leading end to end initiatives in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Speech Analytics, Insights and Strategy. She is passionate about helping organizations drive growth by building data driven solutions and cultures and establishing high performing teams. She has global leadership experience in leading diverse teams across US, UK, Europe and India.
