Shruthi Bharadwaj serves as the Global Head of Digital & Analytics within the R&D Global Operations team. She oversees the digital transformation journey and integration of digital solutions in the global R&D organization. Prior to joining Sanofi, Shruthi served as the technical advisor to the Chief Data and AI Officer at Novartis. She has held several leadership positions within the pharma domain focusing on bridging the gap between biology and data science.
