Global Service Management Lead MANN-HUMMEL Group

Dmitry is working at MANN+HUMMEL Service s.r.o. for 1,5 years. Dmitry is leading the Service Management department which is a part of Global Business and Technical Solutions (GBTS).  The Service Management department owns a number of important company agendas such as: Transition Management, Quality Management, Operational Excellence, Enabling Technologies and Digital Workforce where the main focus is now at the development of the RPA competence in MANN+HUMMEL. Dmitry joined MANN+HUMMEL from IBM EEA after the completion of the successful project of launching a first IBM Client Innovation Center in Kazan (Russia). Before IBM Dmitry worked in SAP both in Prague and Moscow holding variety of Finance and business support related roles.
