Björn Weber is the product owner of RPA at BMW Group, leads the RPA CoE and is driving the RPA initiative out of this position. His role is designated to cross-functional IT with close collaboration with business units. Björn has a strong affinity of creating added value to business processes. He started his career at a big five auditing firm ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls. At the Austrian Parliamentary Administration in Vienna he then started to work as an IT project manager building up information systems with great impact and value for citizens. Björn started introducing RPA at BMW Group about 2,5 years ago and is now responsible for scaling it within the BMW Group.
