Christopher Krug is responsible for process automation at AXA, both from technical but also from an operational organization perspective, including prioritizing use cases for traditional automation techniques such as RPA, as well as new approaches using generative AI. Prior to his current role, he worked in consulting firms like Capgemini focusing on enterprise architecture for IT and transformation projects in the insurance industry
