Automation is expected to change the workforce more radically in the next five years than it has in the past twenty. For the Department of Defense, the JAIC’s mission is to bring modern DevSecOps practices to the DoD through an enterprise cloud-enabled AI policy environment. This session will paint a vivid picture of what the JAIC anticipates on the horizon in the next five years and then some.
This session will focus on how RPA and AI provide the capabilities to securely operate with agility and scalability during (and beyond) the current pandemic. It will cover ways to enable the government workforce and empower teleworkers to deliver optimal levels of productivity while maintaining compliance; how to boost government service delivery and offer an optimal customer experience; what sets public sector organizations on the path to true digital workflow transformation.
