Craig Libby has been in the BFSI industry including Bank of America, Wachovia, Wells Fargo and USAA for over 20 years cutting across every aspect including executive leadership roles in business strategy, research, innovation, product development, business architecture, process engineering, robotic process automation, data analytics and third party risk management. In his last assignment, he led the design, development and successful implementation of USAA’s third party data analytics, quality assurance and contract inventory capability before retiring in November after ten years of successful service.
Craig was part of the team to lead the initial RPA strategy and lab at USAA. Additionally, he negotiated and facilitated a far-reaching predictive analytics effort between an industry-leading IA and pre-cognitive firm and the company related to member behavior and life events.
Ever curious, he has trained in some of the more popular RPA tools, business architecture frameworks, innovation and process engineering science, along with extensive experience with BFSI federal regulators and compliance requirements.
Prior to working in the private sector, Craig served honorably in the United States Marine Corps as a combat helicopter pilot during Dessert Storm.
An avid skier, triathlete and philanthropist, Craig and his wife, Lori, along with their awesome dog, Charlotte, live in beautiful Park City, UT.
