Meltem Kilicoglu is the Global Head of Data Strategy, Governance and Data Sciences, Global Services at Johnson, and Johnson. In this role, Meltem plays a lead role in development, communication and execution of cross-functional data strategy, governance and data sciences capabilities and driving data management maturity cross functionally.

Meltem Kilicoglu is a data and analytics executive with over 20 years of experience in data management. She has held leadership positions at reputable firms such as Wells Fargo, VMware, and Thomson Reuters defining and executing data strategies. As Senior Director, Head of Data and Analytics, Corporate Services at VMware in Silicon Valley, she led a global team of data professionals and scientists to bring enterprise-wide value driving operational efficiencies, customer value and team member engagement through responsible and innovative ways of utilizing data assets. Prior to VMware, at Wells Fargo, she drove data strategy development for the customer and privacy programs, participated in the development of the AI/ML strategy across the enterprise, and streamlined the enterprise data demand and compliance management.

Meltem holds a BSc. in Industrial Engineering and an MBA with dual concentration in Finance and International Business and lives in New York City.
