Rachel is a Strategic Operations Leader with over 20 years experience leading teams in the design of processes and structures that enable innovation and efficiency across business and technology in financial services companies. She is highly experienced at driving change through the development and implementation of global cross – functional strategic programs and redesign of key processes. In the past year at Moody’s, she led the creation and implementation of a firm wide centralized RPA Center of Excellence and its governance processes. In her current role as head of automation and process for Finance, she is focused on both creating and driving a culture and foundation of continuous improvement and overseeing all RPA efforts for the organization. Rachel holds an MBA in management systems, is a PMP, a certified SAFeScrumMaster and an ISO 9000 internal auditor. In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and her new puppy Bernadoodle named Max.
