Thomas is a Director at Signavio, where he leads a team of pre-sales and solution consultants that co-develop and deploy innovative transformation solutions across the APAC region. He also heads the Japanese operations. Signavio provides the next generation business transformation suite enabling a process-centric approach towards enterprise-wide RPA governance. This Suite has won numerous accolades including the recent Gartner Customer Choice Award.

Thomas joined Signavio in April 2018 and is currently based in Sydney and Tokyo. Prior to this, he was the Solution Director at Software AG responsible for the Business and Technology Transformation Platform in APJ focussed on process excellence and portfolio management. He also led the consulting division being responsible for project management and delivering client value. As the regional expert for GRC Solutions, he has won the CRISC Geographic Excellence Award by ISACA and led co-innovation programs around 'first line' GRC initiatives.

In his early career, Thomas worked in various roles for IDS Scheer and Siemens in the areas of Process Management and IT Governance. Since then he has lived and worked in Asia across multiple countries and industry verticals.  Thomas holds an MBA from the University of Kobe, Japan is a certified Process Practitioner and Architecture Professional.
