Sue Ern has diversified experience in Business Process Improvement (BPI) and actively involved in Strategic and Financial Planning. She started involved in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) since 2017. She manages the RPA project from the planning, sourcing to the implementation process.

She had obtained her ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification and experience working in the Big 4 Account firm as Advisory Consultant, top international bank and education institution. She is currently dedicating her contribution towards World Health Organization in Finance roles.
