This workshop takes a closer look at how organizations can improve business efficiency through process redesign and streamlining prior to RPA implementation. You will get to review your own work area and come up with a streamlined process, which would result in a shorter turnaround time, better processing accuracy and enhanced customer experience.

- Assessing your existing processes and specifying desired process outcomes based on complexity, applications involved, technology and geographical locations of process owners across various business functions
- Identifying opportunities in areas where RPA can be optimally applied
- Redesigning steps, roles, forms, business rules, and data models to optimize the features and capabilities of RPA
- Reengineering your core processes to simplify, optimize and reduce process waste
- Uncovering potential failure modes of the process and developing suitable mitigation plans to improve process robustness
