As 2022 comes into focus, digital transformation leaders are confronting a massive challenge: a shortage of qualified intelligent automation and RPA talent.

In fact, according to a ManpowerGroup survey, talent shortages in the U.S. have more than tripled in the last ten years, with 69% of employers struggling to fill positions, up from just 14% in 2010.

To add insult to injury, an October 2021 survey conducted by TalentLMS found that 72% of the 1,200 tech workers polled said they are thinking of quitting their jobs in the next 12 months. In addition, 75% agree that their employers are focusing more on hiring new staff rather than investing in the existing workforce.

Rather than a lack of technology, vision, leadership buy-in or even budget, the number one barrier to digital transformation success is the scarcity of qualified talent. While it’s become clear that organizations must rethink how they approach their IA and RPA workforce, the question is how?

How are you reimagining your IA and RPA workforce? We want to know!

With that in mind, we at the Intelligent Automation Network are launching a new survey to uncover:

  • The current state of the IA and RPA workplace
  • The new, innovative ways organizations are working to close the IA and RPA talent gap
  • What IA and RPA skills are most in demand
  • The top challenges digital transformation leaders are confronting as they attempt to reimagine their teams and how they can be overcome

Take part in the conversation and share your perspective by participating in our 5-minute Intelligent Automation and RPA workplace survey. The results of the survey, which is anonymous, will be used to create a new, in-depth report later this year.
