2020 was a pivotal year for digital transformation leaders. As the COVID-19 crisis pushed billions of people into their homes, it also accelerated the inevitable shift towards a digital economy.
As result, companies are embracing disruptive technology such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) and intelligent automation (IA) to not only see them through this immediate crisis, but pave the way forward towards a digitally-enabled future. While 2020 was the year everything was upended, 2021 is poised to be a year of jaw-dropping innovation and transformation.
