Add bookmarkWith a specialty in Business Process Re-egineering Alex Balbontin joins us from OPEX Financial Services. He notes that these are exciting times as myriad new technologies are introduced to support operational excellence moving to the next level. A GE alum, Alex became a master blackbelt in six sigma in the mid 90s. Based in Mexico, he applied lean principles to new business development which ensured that he was utilizing metrics in a new and different way. He needed to then learn new tools and methodologies when he moved over into financial services. Moving from Mexico to the US to the UK and back, Alex picked up relationships which opened doors along the way.
