Sasanka Panda
Sasanka heads the Business Process Services division at NIIT Technologies globally. In this leadership role, he spearheads the company’s global strategy for BPS and related initiatives to strengthen the solutions and service offerings such as Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and Business Process as a Service (BPaaS).
He has over 20 years of experience in Business Process Outsourcing, Automation, Program Management, Consulting and Platform Management.
He spent almost 12 years in US, where he worked with some of the big four consulting firms such as Capgemini, EY and BearingPoint. Thereafter, he worked with WNS for 8 years in various roles, with the last role being Head of Technology Solutions. He co-founded and raniServeFinancial.com as CTO before joining NIIT.
Sasanka is a post graduate in Industrial Management from IIT, Kharagpur. He is also a Black Belt in Six Sigma.
